SMALL REPAIRS SERVICE

The Small Repairs and Handyperson Services complement each other. Care & Repair employs a joiner to carry out small joinery repairs. Typical jobs include for example:

• Replacing broken sash cords
• Replacing rotted half window sills
• Re-puttying existing windows
• Fitting handles to doors and windows
• Fitting locks and other security items
• Fitting handrails and bath/shower aids
• Fitting draught excluders

A small charge is made for this service, plus the cost of any materials.
