Become a Volunteer

The Handyperson Service is reliant on its team of volunteers and we are looking for new recruits.

Volunteers are provided with out-of-pocket expenses and are fully insured whilst carrying out Handyperson Service duties.  The provision of introductory training, guidance, support and backup from the co-ordinator and administrative staff is always available.

Interaction between volunteers through the group meetings and social activities are seen as important, and volunteers are encouraged to attend. 

All our volunteers gain job satisfaction by knowing they are a valued resource within the local community.
